Call while you can still point to where it started
Describe what you see or smell, which room it’s in, and what got wet. If we’re available you’ll be connected right away with the person who does the work. If we’re on a job, you’ll get a scheduled callback, and we’ll tell you which number to watch for so you know it’s us.
- Say where it is: a ceiling, a closet, a vent, a baseboard, the attic, under the house.
- Tell us when the water showed up — a roof leak, a storm, a plumbing line, or a room that never dried right after 2005.
- A smell that hits when the AC starts counts, even with nothing to look at.
- Mention if you already scrubbed it or painted it and it came back.
- Tell us who lives there — kids, older parents, anyone with asthma.
- If the house is for sale or under contract, say so — it changes what we document.
- No forms, no packages, no upsell — a conversation about getting it out.
